Refund Policy

At Crystal Brite Solutions LLC, we are dedicated to providing high-quality cleaning services and ensuring customer satisfaction. We understand that, on rare occasions, issues may arise, and therefore we have established the following refund and adjustment policy.

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not automatically granted once the work has been completed. However, we value trust and accountability, and for this reason, we offer clients the option to request a review or correction at no additional cost if they believe the service did not meet the agreed standards. Such requests must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion to be considered valid.

In exceptional cases, and after careful evaluation, Crystal Brite Solutions LLC may authorize partial or full refunds. These situations will be assessed individually and are subject to administrative review. Examples of exceptional circumstances may include clear errors in service delivery, cancellations initiated by the company, or situations in which service could not be provided due to reasons attributable to our responsibility.

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally provided. The time it takes for the funds to be reflected will depend on the client’s financial institution or payment provider, and Crystal Brite Solutions LLC is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Please note that refunds will not apply in cases where the client:

Fails to provide proper access to the premises on the scheduled date and time.
Cancels a service without providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
Does not secure or remove personal or valuable items prior to the cleaning service.

By booking our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy. Our goal is always to find fair solutions and maintain the trust of those who choose Crystal Brite Solutions LLC to care for their home or business.
